Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take on the role of Director of Training, where you will be responsible for overseeing a flexible team of 5-20 remote field trainers and ensuring effective training delivery to customer personnel nationwide. This role requires frequent collaboration with internal leadership and the customer's leadership team to ensure the scope and performance of training programs align with customer demands.

You will also be tasked with developing and delivering leadership training for the Customer Experience management team and creating micro-learning modules aimed at upskilling tenured Customer Experience agents. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with key client teams, including our client’s Treasury Team and CFO, to design and implement strategic training initiatives.

Job Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage a flexible, remote team of 5-20 field trainers, ensuring efficient coordination and effective training nationwide.
Regularly engage with internal leadership and customer leadership (including Walmart’s Treasury Team and CFO) to ensure the scope and performance of training programs meet customer expectations and business objectives.
Design and develop impactful leadership training programs tailored for the Customer Experience management team.
Create micro-learning modules focused on upskilling experienced Customer Experience agents, enhancing their effectiveness and performance.
Work closely with content developers to ensure training materials are of the highest quality and aligned with the customer's specific needs.
Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Serve as a problem solver and strategic advisor to internal and customer leadership, offering solutions that drive training success.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in instructional design, corporate training, or similar fields.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a remote, flexible team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership teams (both internal and customer-facing).

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Experience developing and delivering leadership training and micro-learning modules.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Comfortable working directly with high-level client teams (e.g., Treasury Team, CFO).

Preferred Qualifications :

Familiarity with corporate training best practices and methodologies.

Experience with content development and collaboration with content developers.

Previous experience working with large-scale, nationwide training initiatives.

Background in Customer Experience, Treasury, or financial services is a plus, though not required.
