About the Role :
The Director of Safety Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety programs within CSI. This role ensures CSI’s occupational safety and health programs are in line with current standards. The director will work closely with senior leadership to develop and maintain proactive safety initiatives.

Essential Functions
- Develop, implement, and manage company-wide safety programs aligned with industry regulations and company goals.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and execution of safety policies, procedures, and programs.
- Track safety metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports to demonstrate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate safety policies and procedures to employees, promote safety awareness campaigns, and collaborate with leadership to foster a strong safety culture.
- Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments to establish preventative measures.
- Walk project sites and conduct field inspections to ensure safety initiatives are being followed, observe safety practices in action, and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local occupational health and safety standards / regulations.
- Monitor and audit safety protocols to ensure continuous improvement.
- Utilize and manage the safety software program
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate safety initiatives into the company’s strategic objectives and long-term operational plans.

Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. CSI reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
