As the People Team Intern, you’ll partner on projects across the full employee journey — from first touchpoint to offboarding — with a strong focus on recruiting, engagement, employer branding, and people operations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include:
Recruiting Support
- Assist with job postings and sourcing strategies
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS - BambooHR) organized and up to date
- Partner with the Talent team on campus recruiting and hiring events
- Contribute to an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
Employer Branding Initiatives
- Help shape our presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Handshake, and Glassdoor
- Create engaging content to spotlight team culture, open roles, and employee stories
- Collaborate on campaigns that showcase our values and workplace experience
- Support updates to our careers site, job descriptions, and recruiting collateral
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments and events for internal and external use
People Operations & Engagement
- Help welcome new hires with onboarding prep, comms, and swag
- Support employee engagement programs (recognition, events, surveys, etc.)
- Assist with internal communications and documentation for People programs
- Help track L&D participation and support team training logistics
- Jump in on culture, wellness, or team-building projects as needed
Who You Are
- A student or recent graduate with interest in HR, People Ops, or Talent Acquisition
- Friendly, professional, and excited to create great experiences for others
- Organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong communicator — written, verbal, and everything in between
- Resourceful, curious, and eager to learn about different areas of the business
