We are currently hiring candidates for Janitor Lead/Supervisor positions for the South Burlington area. Full time positions are eligible for benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Janitor Lead Description:

• General cleaning and special project work to include: interior/exterior glass cleaning, carpet cleaning, strip/wax hard floors, and general cleaning
• This position has the potential to lead and direct teams.
• Flexible but consistent hours both evenings and daytime, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: From $18-$22 per hour based on experience
• Opportunity for advancement

Janitor Lead Requirements:

• Previous janitorial experience preferred
• Previous supervisor experience preferred
• Working knowledge of various cleaning methods
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Successfully pass a Background Check
• Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify
