IT Risk Analyst

This is a hybrid position that will be based out of the CSI Leasing Headquarters at 620 Technology Dr., Weldon Spring, MO.
What to expect in this role on a given day:
Working on projects that are contributing to the success of the organization and our customers. You will:
- Take business requirements and translate to new application features
- Collaborate with development team and other IT staff to assist in the creation, maintenance, and testing of internal and external database driven applications
- Write high-quality code to program complete applications on schedule
- Perform unit & integration testing before launch
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing
- Troubleshoot & debug applications
You will be a good fit for this position if you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science is preferred
- 5 years of practical software development experience
- Experience in designing & building applications
- Hands-on experience with Object Oriented Patterns and Design
- Ability to program in at least 1-2 programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, JavaScript & other related APIs
- 2 years of experience using Typescript and CSS/SCSS
- Experience with software development lifecycle using Microsoft Azure DevOps is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems & platforms using development tools
- Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles.
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills
