Lease Asset Return Specialist

What to expect in this role on a given day:
You will bring your ability to research and strong attention to detail to this role that works closely with our amazing internal & external customers. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate with the legal department preparing the documentation for renewing contracts
- Prepare payoff quotes for individual contracts, process signed documents, and coordinate with other departments for processing
- Handle communication between internal departments for leases and sales
- Schedule return shipments
- Reconcile returned equipment against lease
- Reconcile inventory reports
- Review warehousing payoff quotes
You will be a good fit for this position if you:
- Have 2 years of accounting/business experience or equivalent college coursework
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Have an understanding of accounting functions (Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable)
- Have experience working in a corporate environment that can be fast paced
- Salesforce experience is a bonus
