Operations Coordinator

CSI of the Southeast is a low voltage electronics service and installer for drive-thru restaurants across the United States. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes are streamlined, efficient, and aligned with company goals. This role requires strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to manage multiple projects and teams. You will be responsible for managing operational workflows, supply chain coordination, inventory control, process improvement, and fostering a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that workflows and production timelines are efficiently managed.
• Supervise and coordinate teams, including warehouse, installation, and customer support staff.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring that all materials and products are well-stocked and available as needed for projects and installations.
• Collaborate with various departments, including sales, project management, and customer service, to ensure alignment across the business.
• Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and generate reports to evaluate operational performance.
• Handle vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Resolve any operational issues or escalated concerns that arise during daily operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, embracing innovation and technology to enhance operational capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management and leadership roles
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills
• Demonstrated ability in profit & loss management
• Experience in supervising teams and project management
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies
• Solid understanding of sales strategies and techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
