To support our continued growth, we are actively hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representatives.
The primary responsibility of the Entry Level Sales Representative will be to identify and qualify prospects, conduct product presentations, and generate sales for a market-leading home improvement brand. The Entry Level Sales Representative will also concentrate on developing best practices in the areas of sales, lead generation, retail operations, and other crucial business functions. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Meet and communicate directly with prospective customers in a retail setting to provide support in correspondence with their wants and needs
- Provide an individualized and positive sales experience for all customers; this includes providing reasonable service, adequately answering questions, and processing sales orders
- Collaborate with the sales and retail marketing team to create new promotional sales campaigns for our varied client portfolio
- Participate in classroom training sessions, product knowledge seminars, and virtual web seminars
- Educate retail customers on new home improvement services or promotions
- Further our client’s reputation by using top-notch customer service skills
Entry Level Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, promotions, sales, or account management preferred
- Comfortable taking on a leadership role and support role within a team (must work well with others)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer relationship management (preferred, not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,482.86 - $4,555.70 per month
