We are seeking a compassionate Home Infusion RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in infusion therapy and critical care, as well as strong communication and patient assessment skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for infusing patients in their homes, requiring travel to and from patient locations. Additionally, they will work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support to our patients.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a valid RN license in the state where they will be working. They should also have at least two years of RN experience, with one year of high-volume critical thinking experience and one year of infusion experience in a hospital or home health setting preferred.
