Job Description
CSI Recruiting is working with a private, well-established E&P development and investment firm headquartered in Dallas, TX. The client company is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with upstream experience to support the organization's Corporate Finance function and to provide analytical support and insight to the company's Executive Team.
This role will work alongside the company's CFO and will have regular interaction with the organization's operations, accounting and technical teams. This is an ideal role for an entrepreneurial-minded E&P finance professional who is looking to continue their career with a dynamic and unique organization in a strategic role.
RESPONSIBLITIES :
- Perform strategic financial analysis for the Executive Leadership Team to assist in the management and allocation of operating and capital expenses
- Provide analytical support and guidance for the organization's proposed projects as well as its A&D and financing efforts
- Leverage relevant financial analysis tools to monitor the business and provide useful information across the organization
- Create and maintain bench-marking analysis tools
- Monitor commodity markets; recommend, execute, and track hedge strategies
- Assist in creating presentations to the Executive Leadership Team, banks, and outside stakeholders
- Assist with budget / guidance materials and analysis of actual results
- Assist in analyzing and underwriting commercial strategies relevant to the organization
