Job Description
CSI Recruiting is working with an excellent upstream oil and gas firm based in Fort Worth, Texas, to assist in their search for an experienced E&P Land Assistant to provide administrative support for the company's Land Department. The Land Assistant will report to the Vice President of Land. The Land Assistant position is a dynamic, multi-faceted opportunity to work for a company that recognizes and rewards hard work.
The successful Land Assistant candidate will demonstrate the appropriate support skills to fulfill the responsibilities outlined below. A zest for learning, strong organizational and time management skills, written and verbal communication skills, and professional telephone etiquette are essential, as is the effective use of Microsoft Office.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Build and maintain electronic and hard copy Land files.
- Scan pertinent documents into the appropriate electronic files on the corporate network.
- Index documents added to Legal Files.
- Open and disburse mail for the Land Department.
- File and record documents with the appropriate County Clerk offices.
- Prepare and send out correspondence.
- Process check requests and invoices for the Land Department.
- Document tracking.
- Perform special projects, assist the Land team, and perform any other duties related to the position of Land Assistant.
