Accounting Clerk/Certification Specialist

You will be the face of the office for visitors. As our Accounting Clerk/Certification Specialist
you will answer phones, greet visitors, post rent checks, process accounts payable and act as the certification specialist for 1 property. The certification specialist processes applicants on the waiting list, verifies their income and then yearly, re-certifies their income to determine their rent.
Requirements
ÂÂ Excellent phone skills
ÂÂ Excellent math skills
ÂÂ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ÂÂ Proficient in Spanish, Haitian Creole or Chinese
ÂÂ Ability to multi task
ÂÂ Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail
ÂÂ Excellent Microsoft Office skills
ÂÂ Must be able to lift and transport various materials weighing up to 30lbs
ÂÂ Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and insurance
