MAINTENANCE / CUSTODIAL TECHNICIAN - Live On-Site Position (includes a 2-BDRM APARTMENT) for Affordable Senior Housing Community in Cathedral City, CA

Description of Position : THIS MAINTENANCE / CUSTODIAL position will support the required management of community facilities and apartment maintenance to maintain curb appeal and quality of property. Duties include working in partnership with the housing co-op and CSI management team to oversee a 50-unit senior apartment community in the daily and preventative maintenance practices.
