Tribal Forestry - Division of Fire
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified Training Specialist to join our team in Tribal Forestry - Division of Fire.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for fire personnel.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps.
- Maintain certifications and qualifications as required by NWCG.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Post-High School training in Natural Resources or Business Management (desirable).
- Minimum qualifications as a Qualified Single Resource Boss.
Desirable Qualifications:
- CRWB, HEQB, ENGB, FIRB, or FELB certification.
- ICS-200, RT-130, S-230, S-290 training completion.
Additional Requirements:
- A valid State of Montana drivers license for vehicle operation.
- Maintaining a current firefighter physical and valid red card qualification as a Qualified Single Resource Boss.
Compensation:
$28.73 per hour including benefits.
