Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in an administrative position interpreting regulations and implementing policies and procedures.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to plan, coordinate, and execute loan packages, exercise initiative, establish effective working relationships, follow instructions, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $48.25 to $55.46 per hour, plus benefits. The successful applicant must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory 12-month probationary period. CSKT is a tribal member preference employer.
