- Provide expert nutrition advice and support to patients and families
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify community nutrition needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with local food providers, vendors, and partners to promote healthy food options
- Participate in health fairs, outreach events, and other activities to promote nutrition education and awareness
Qualifications
- Certified as a registered dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in community health or related field
- Valid Driver's License
