Operations Division Director
We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Division Director to lead our team at the St. Ignatius Tribal Health Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the operations division
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Manage budgets and resources to achieve departmental goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Maintain compliance with federal and tribal regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health, business, or public service
- Master's degree in these areas preferred
- Five years of operational management experience or 10 years of medical office management experience
- Experience with federal and tribal programs is preferred
- Experience with Federally Qualified Community Health Centers is preferred
- Must pass a background and suitability check according to Public Law 101-630
- Must possess a valid driver's license
