Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Professional to join our team at CSKT. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
- Process payroll in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of accounting courses above high school level or four years of experience in payroll functions
- Skill in the operation of computers and other office equipment
- Excel or equivalent workbook competence
Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of $22.45 to $25.80 per hour, including benefits. The successful applicant must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six-month probationary period.
