Territory Overview
Our team serves the Chicago North Milwaukee South region, focusing on promoting and optimizing CSL Behring products while driving business development in this territory.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Promote CSL Behring products to key call points, including Health Care Professionals (HCPs), hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, patient support groups, distributors, and specialty pharmacies.
- Develop customer advocates for our promoted products.
- Establish new accounts and grow existing ones through strong relationships, technical product knowledge, and effective territory management.
- Design and implement territory business plans aligned with corporate direction to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features, competitive offerings, distribution channels, and relevant clinical literature.
- Implement key marketing programs to increase market share for key promoted products.
- Ensure regular call frequency with assigned targets, adjusting as needed to align with current product focus.
- Actively engage with patient support groups, adhering to CSL Behring SOPs.
- Stay informed about market trends and opportunities, effectively communicating them to management.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field.
- A minimum of five years' experience in pharmaceutical sales or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success in field sales and market share growth.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical market and regulatory landscape.
