Territory Manager for Coagulation Products
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals, hospital decision makers/influencers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution channel partners.
Implement key marketing programs to increase market share of promoted products, stay abreast of current clinical technical literature, and effectively communicate with manager and customers.
Represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings, promote products, and develop customer advocates.
Develop territory business plans, manage large geography, and demonstrate strong clinical knowledge.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement key marketing programs to increase market share of key promoted products.
- Maintain proper call frequency with assigned targets and update as needed.
- Stay abreast of current clinical technical literature from medical journals and other information sources.
- Implement CSL Behring's patient focused selling model with effective opening, probing, listening, and closing skills on customer calls.
- Actively work with patient support groups where appropriate.
- Represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or life sciences required.
- Minimum of five years' pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance.
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography.
