Job Description:
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and utilizing CSL Behring products in the Southeast region. You will manage all aspects of territory business development, cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, including health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote products and increase usage at select call points, including HCPs, hospitals, patient support groups, distributors, and specialty pharmacies.
* Develop customer advocates for promoted products.
* Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets.
* Stay abreast of current clinical technical literature from medical journals and other information sources.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field.
* Minimum of five years' pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience.
* Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies, and distributors a plus.
