Job Summary
A Senior Analyst, Total Rewards Vendor Management and Budget role at CSL Behring is available. This hybrid position will be based in one of our offices in King of Prussia PA, Holly Springs NC, Summit NJ, Maidenhead or Liverpool UK, or Melbourne Australia.
You will report to the Head of Global Benefits and help with designing, implementing, and evaluating health and wellness programs across the Americas region. The focus will be on promoting employee well-being and ensuring that health strategies align with CSL's organizational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily relationships with external vendors providing Total Rewards services, including compensation, benefits, and performance management, to ensure they meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
- Supporting the Senior Manager in tracking and evaluating vendor performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, cost savings, and process optimization.
- Collaborating with legal and procurement teams to maintain favorable contract terms and conditions with Total Rewards vendors.
- Providing support in managing the Total Rewards budget, ensuring accurate tracking of expenditures, and collaborating with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting.
- Helping to identify trends and opportunities to increase costs within Total Rewards offerings without compromising service quality or the effectiveness of CSL's programs.
- Preparing regular reports on the Total Rewards budget, vendor performance, and program effectiveness, supporting variance analysis, and providing insights to senior leadership.
- Contributing to the identification and implementation of process improvements aimed at enhancing the efficiency of Total Rewards programs.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years' experience in accounting.
- Experience working with benefit plan vendors and managing external relationships.
- Knowledge of employee benefits, including healthcare and wellness programs.
