Role Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient care experiences. Key responsibilities include:

• Accurately documenting patient information in electronic health records.
• Providing exceptional communication skills when interacting with patients, doctors, and healthcare staff.
• Coordinating with medical providers to ensure timely completion and submission of medical records.
• Performing various administrative tasks as assigned.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you may also be involved in cross-training with medical reception to prepare for busy times and learning new medical terminology, computer, and transcription skills.
