About the Position
The Assistant Director - Blood Plasma Collection will be responsible for supporting the Center Manager in leading the plasma center team to achieve production targets, maintain high levels of quality and customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Center Manager in leading the plasma center team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
- Collaborate with quality personnel to identify and address areas of deficiency
- Support marketing and advertising efforts to attract and retain donors
- Participate in collecting and analyzing data to maintain center quality and efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing a team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
