**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement processes to improve center efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the center manager to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with all Company SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Work with quality personnel and QA team to develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to center staff to ensure successful achievement of goals and objectives.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and professional work experience required.
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of a team/others.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
