The Opportunity
This Center Manager position reports directly to the Associate Director of Operations (ADO) and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the center, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage center operations to achieve production goals, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase donor retention and improve overall center performance.
- Manage financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve excellence in quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the center.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
- Represent the center at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
