The Center Manager oversees center operations, production goals, and net yields.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor donor retention and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with Company SOPs, federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage financial oversight, including budgeting and cash management.
- Oversight of center quality compliance to ensure inspection readiness.
- Meet with QA to discuss regulatory and customer requirements.
- Communicate quality concerns to Associate Director of Operations.
**Collaboration and Communication:
- Participate in audits with the Quality team to develop corrective action plans.
- Foster a culture of fair treatment among employees, adhering to HR policies.
- Recruit, train, counsel, and terminate employees as needed.
**Travel Requirements:
- Overnight travel up to 10% of the time may be required.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience (4 years minimum).
- Minimum 2 years of management experience overseeing others.
