What are the responsibilities and job description for the Center Manager position at CSL Plasma?
The Center Manager reports to the Associate Director Operations. The Role is responsible for overall center operations, production goals, and net yields monitoring. Monitor donor retention and implement improvement plans. Ensure compliance with Company SOPs, federal, state, and local regulations. Manage financial oversight, including setting annual budget and ensuring monthly financial targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor net yields and implement improvement plans
- Ensure donor retention and efficient donor flow
- Manage all aspects of financial oversight
- Oversee center quality compliance and meet with QA to ensure purity and efficacy of plasma and safety of donors and employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience (4 years minimum)
- Minimum 2 years of management experience responsible for overseeing activities of others
