About the Role
The Center Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the plasma center, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. This individual will work closely with the Center Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve center efficiency, profitability, and donor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Participate in collecting and analyzing data to maintain center quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with quality personnel to develop corrective action plans to address areas of deficiency
- Recruit, train, and counsel employees to ensure a high-performing team
- Support marketing and advertising efforts to attract and retain donors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing a team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
