What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Quality Assurance position at CSL Plasma?
The Assistant Manager Quality is a key member of the center's leadership team, responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. This role involves managing the Quality Control program, which includes calibrations management, monitoring of compliance to defined processes, and trending and analysis of KPIs.
You will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, conducting performance reviews, leading investigations and deviations, enacting corrective actions, and termination. You must also comply with all HSE and OSHA requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
