Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Donor Support Tech located in Birmingham, AL. The Donor Support Tech will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to plasma donors, ensuring the proper operation of equipment, and maintaining software systems. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring donor center technology, addressing any technical issues that arise, and ensuring a smooth and efficient donation process. The Donor Support Tech will also communicate effectively with donors and staff to provide assistance and resolve concerns.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Information Technology and Software
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Birmingham, AL
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or technical training is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a healthcare or medical setting is beneficial
