Job Summary
">This Medical Plasma Collector position plays a critical role in supporting the efficient collection of plasma from donors while maintaining the highest level of quality and safety standards. Reporting to the Assistant Center Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing venipuncture, monitoring the pheresis process, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Accountabilities:
- Collect plasma from donors using standard procedures and guidelines while maintaining accurate records.
- Evaluate donor suitability based on provided medical history and physical condition.
- Follow established protocols for handling equipment malfunctions and unexpected events.
- Provide education to new donors on plasma donation, therapeutic products, and center policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of eighteen (12) months experience in a medical or health care environment preferred.
