Responsibilities
- Monitor donors for any signs of discomfort or distress during the pheresis process.
- Accurately record all incidents that occur during the pheresis process, including machine malfunctions and donor reactions.
- Utilize a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to document all relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of donor data within the electronic donor information management system.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills in areas such as HSE and OSHA protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain open lines of communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
