Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the center, including production, quality compliance, finance, HR, and IT.
- Collaborating with the center manager to achieve quality compliance and meet customer requirements.
- Developing and implementing corrective action plans to address any areas of deficiency noted during audits.
- Ensuring OSHA regulations and training are followed, and completing all record keeping and reporting.
- Recruiting, training, counseling, and terminating employees, as well as developing corrective action programs.
