Job Description
As a Plasma Collector Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new donors to our plasma collection center.
Your primary responsibility will be to establish relationships with potential donors, provide them with information about our plasma collection process, and answer any questions they may have.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of donor interactions, tracking recruitment goals, and collaborating with other staff members to achieve overall center objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality of all personnel, donor, and center information.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with potential donors and provide them with information about our plasma collection process.
- Answer questions from potential donors and address any concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and track recruitment goals.
- Collaborate with other staff members to achieve overall center objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of three (3) months work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
- Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions.
- Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines.
- Must be able to see and speak with customers and observe equipment operation.
