About the Job
The Production and Compliance Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all production activities are conducted in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. This individual will work closely with the Center Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve center efficiency, profitability, and donor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Develop and implement procedures to improve production efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with quality personnel to identify and address areas of deficiency
- Support marketing and advertising efforts to attract and retain donors
- Participate in collecting and analyzing data to maintain center quality and efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing a team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
