About the Role
This position provides critical support to the Assistant Manager of Quality in ensuring compliance with CSL Operating Procedures and all applicable regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with center management to identify and implement continuous improvement plans, promote safety, health, and environmental policies, and maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform final QA review and release for all shipments and associated documents to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Maintain and review plasma center personnel training documents to ensure adherence to CSL procedures, SOPs, CLIA/COLA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with center management to develop and implement retraining programs for operational or quality issues.
- Conduct periodic process assessments to ensure compliance with CSL written procedures and initiate investigations to document deficiencies and develop corrective action plans.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of leadership experience or equivalent in a regulated environment.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to analyze situations using critical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, and frequent interruptions.
- Understanding of Quality Systems and/or regulated training requirements.
Working Conditions
This role requires occasional interaction with the public, standing and walking for 80% of the time, and sitting for 20%. You will also be required to reach, bend, kneel, and have high manual dexterity. Exposure to hot and cold temperatures, sudden temperature changes, working with freezers, and various odors is also expected.
