About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join CSL Plasma as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our plasma collection operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform final QA review and release for all shipments and associated documents, ensuring they meet customer specifications.
- Ensure center records are thorough, accurate, and timely, initiating investigations and documenting regulatory deficiencies.
- Maintain and review plasma center personnel training documents, ensuring compliance with CSL procedures, SOPs, CLIA/COLA, and other applicable requirements.
Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1-year leadership experience or equivalent in a regulated environment.
- Strong customer service skills, critical reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to analyze situations.
- Organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities.
- Understand Quality Systems and/or regulated training requirements.
Working Conditions
- Occasionally required to work with dissatisfied customers.
- 80% of the time standing and walking, 20% of the time sitting.
- Reach, bend, kneel, and have high-level manual dexterity.
- See and speak with customers, observe equipment operation.
- Occasionally required to lift and carry 25 lbs.
- Exposure to hot and cold temperatures, sudden temperature changes, working with freezers, and various odors.
