Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to our growth by developing a client base in a specified territory and overseeing all sales activities within the territory.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage sales activities in a specific sales region, which may include generating leads, proposing sales contracts, negotiating sales agreements, and delivering signed contracts to operations.
- Develop business strategies with municipal wastewater management and consulting engineering customers.
- Participate in local industry associations and give technical presentations at conferences.
- Work closely with Operations to determine project requirements and assist in contract interpretation and client interface.
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to use a computer.
- Travel is essential.
- Education: B.S. Civil Engineering or equivalent engineering degree preferred.
