In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing sales, market development, and strategic planning for company products within your assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities
- You will engage with healthcare professionals involved in the treatment of renal patients in key practice settings, including offices, hospitals, and dialysis centers.
- Daily travel is required to work within your assigned territory boundaries, calling on Nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations, as well as their staff, to promote the company's portfolio of products.
- Sell the benefits of company products to key customers, including physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, hospitals, and others as assigned.
- Analyze sales performance and adjust business plans accordingly.
Key Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis.
- A proven track record as a top sales performer.
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling.
- Account management experience navigating complex, competitive marketplaces.
