What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) position at CSL Vintage Management LLC?
Coordinates and supervises general nursing care provided to residents in an assisted living facility. Follows established facility policies and procedures. Assists with administrative tasks such as scheduling, chart maintenance, order processing, monthly summary completion, transfers and discharges, admissions. Assists with floor coverage minimum of 2 shifts per week and as needed for coverage, taking on call staffing coverage minimum of 1 weekend per month, and additional administrative duties as assigned. The RCC is a role model to all care staff and is expected to conduct his/herself in accordance with all employee requirements for attendance, dress code, and code of conduct. Requires minimum of L1MA certificate.
Experience
Required- 2 year(s): Prior experience in a nursing home, assisted living, or similar
Licenses & Certifications
Required- Qualified Med Aide (QMA)
- Lic. Vocational Nurse
- Lic Practical Nurse (LPN)
