The Opportunity :
Reporting to the Head of Finance, Business Partnering, Commercial Global Functions (ABC & Medical), as the Director, Finance Business Partner, Medical / ABC , you will hold a key leadership role and be tasked with supporting financial strategy, planning, and analysis across four critical domains : Market Access & Pricing, Commercial Development, Medical Affairs, and Analytics & Insights. You will be required to possess strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams. You will drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring financial excellence and supporting organizational objectives in a complex, global biotech environment. This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule.
The Role :
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to the ABC and Medical Affairs leadership teams, aligning financial strategies with organizational objectives.
- Provide robust financial planning and performance evaluation to support Global Market Access, Business Excellence, and Commercial Development initiatives.
- Partner with Medical Affairs to evaluate investments in evidence generation, external collaborations, and lifecycle management strategies to maximize product value.
- Develop advanced financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, including therapeutic area strategies, global product launches, and market access investments.
