You will report to the Maintenance Manager / Supervisor and work onsite at our CSL Seqirus location in Holly Springs, NC. You will manage the maintenance of aseptic Formulation / Filling, Packaging and process equipment (GMP & non-GMP). You will be a key manufacturing Operations floor contributor, providing independent support and execution of maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
- Work with Quality, Engineering and Operations groups to always ensure strict compliance with GMP guidelines, specifically to ensure that the equipment is maintained in GMP compliance.
- Maintain and perform corrective, preventative maintenance on process, aseptic Formulation / Filling, Packaging, and support equipment (autoclaves, parts washers, etc) for GMP & non-GMP systems.
- Draft efficient maintenance job plans, procedures, and work instructions for process, aseptic Formulation / Filling, Packaging, and process equipment at the site.
- Provide recommendations and edits for spare parts and PM procedures for equipment.
- Help route all required documentation for the submittal of spare parts and WOs.
- Support other departments / areas to troubleshoot, test, repair, and optimize, equipment.
- Participate in the continuous improvement efforts within the site Maintenance Program (including reliability).
- Respond to alarms in assigned area.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with all customers to minimize interruptions.
- Manage contract service providers and support contractors executing maintenance activities.
- Assist and mentor other technicians and associates when needed.
- Support start-up, commissioning and turnover of new systems in assigned area.
