You will report to the Sr. Manager, Analytical Science and Technology and work onsite at our CSL Seqirus location in Holly Springs, NC. Responsibilities
- With support, tests several components of the quality control program using chromatographic and mass spectrometry techniques, following company standards and GMP regulatory guidelines.
- Perform analytical testing using liquid chromatography (HPLC, UPLC), gas chromatography (GC), and mass spectrometry (LC-MS, GC-MS) following established methods and document test results.
- Evaluate the performance of analytical instruments, particularly chromatographic and mass spectrometric equipment, and recommend new acquisitions or replacements as needed.
- Author protocols and reports for method validation, suitability studies, and investigations to support testing and compliance issues.
- Ensure laboratory instruments, including chromatography and mass spectrometry systems, are qualified, calibrated, and properly maintained, with documentation complying with cGMP standards.
- Help develop and optimize new analytical methods, particularly for chemical separations and mass spectrometry applications, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Document quality issues and performance measures for management review.
