About the Role :
We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team at CSM Birmingham LLC. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various construction projects and ensuring the smooth operation of our worksites.
Previous experience with construction and repair (preferred), most notably repairs in the crawlspace, including structural repair (sills, girders, joists, subfloors, piers) and moisture remediation / waterproofing (interior french drains, moisture barriers, dehumidification systems).
Willing to be flexible in duties from day to day and hour to hour.
Has a Driver’s License, and is able to pass a DMV license check and have reliable transportation to and from work.
Has excellent people skills, professional in their interactions with both customers and coworkers.
Has a strong desire to reach and exceed set goals in all areas of the job.
Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and / or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 20 pounds of force constantly.
