Responsibilities:
- Cleans and refurbishes new and used vehicles
Primary Duties:
- Wash vehicle exterior using a pressure washer
- Applies wax to polish and buff surfaces to protect and preserve shine using cloth or buffing machine
- Vacuum interiors of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris using a vacuum cleaner
- Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devices
- Applies revitalizers and preservatives to vinyl or leather surfaces and treats fabrics with spot and stain resistant chemicals to preserve and protect interior components
- Applies special purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials which do not respond to normal cleaning procedures, utilizing experience and following recommendations of product manufacturer
- Stage vehicles for sale
- Other duties, as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a dealership environment with frequent exposure to weather elements
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and or lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to work 8 - 10 hour days, including overtime hours as needed
