Responsibilities:
- Order heavy-duty and light-duty truck parts
- Efficiently manages parts distribution to assist with shop flow
- Maintain updated and operational inventory at all times
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services provided
Primary Duties:
- Coordinate parts distribution to the service department
- Develops and maintains full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policies
- Maintains parts-related correspondence
- Successfully completes training courses as assigned
- Keeps up to date on new products
- High school diploma required; associate's degree (AA) preferred
- Computer, mathematical and customer service skills
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements
- Ability to demonstrate product knowledge to assist with purchase decisions
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
