Job Description
Overview:
Wasserman’s Enterprise Systems Solutions division is looking for a motivated individual to join the growing internal enterprise team. The Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Analyst role will serve as the system owner for our soon to-be implemented CLM platform. The chosen individual will play a critical role in the design of the new CLM solution and then will be responsible for the ongoing administration of the CLM solution. The individual will support our 3,000 user base and 80,000 contracts per year. The successful candidate will cultivate and maintain consultative, partnering relationships with all the business users, drive ongoing process and system improvement, maintain and improve the CLM solution, and drive user adoption and data quality.
This role can be based out of our Los Angeles (preferred) or New York offices.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Legal, Finance, Business, and Information Technology teams and leadership to identify business priorities and then fulfill them.
- Develop and maintain expertise with the chosen Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software solution.
- Participate in the design, development, testing and implementation of the new solution.
- Develop business user relationships to learn their unique requirements, but also maximize harmonization of processes and practices.
- Participate in Training and Change Management of business users to ensure proper adoption and usage.
- Perform ongoing support for the CLM solution, including training new users, performing day-to-day systems administration, unit/QA testing, and implementing software upgrades, and ensuring integrations with critical business systems are operational.
- Monitor all the contracts that are negotiated and processed through the system watching for transactions that may be stuck. Also, monitor data quality and user adoption.
- Design Reports and Dashboards to support departmental and executive needs
- Identify and implement ongoing improvements in process and system design post go-live.
- Drive master data clean-up efforts for Client Accounts and Supplier records to establish clean master data repository for initial CLM implementation.
- Partner with Business and Accounting teams to establish master data governance process as it relates to fields needed to support CLM processes.
- Partner with IT/Enterprise Systems to design and support integrations between CLM and internal ERP, CRM, custom financial and booking systems.
- Support Legal in review, clean-up, and ingestion of historical contracts into the CLM platform
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of information technology, legal system support, and/or contract management experience required.
- Accomplished in administrating SaaS or on-premise CLM applications
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or experience in lieu of required education is preferred
- Ability to translate business requirements to potential solution design that fit into IT long term strategy
- Ability to be creative and innovative, proactively identifying opportunities
- Ability to work on complex problems, demonstrating good judgment in the selection of solutions.
- Ability to interact with various levels within the organization including senior leadership.
- Motivated, self-starter, who can work independently or with cross functional, collaborative teams.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
- Process optimization and documentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Base salary range: $120-160K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
