Position Overview:
As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and refinishing work on vehicles. Your role will involve diagnosing and repairing damage, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine necessary repairs.
- Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, priming, and masking.
- Refinish vehicles with precision, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Proven experience as an auto body technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using auto body repair tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of auto body repair techniques and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of I-CAR training and certifications is a plus, but not required.
