Superior Collision is currently seeking an Auto Body Technician to join our team. The Auto Body Technician will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This includes performing structural and body repairs, welding, and replacing damaged parts. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review damage reports and estimates to plan repair work
- Perform structural and complete body repairs
- Straighten bent frames and unibodies
- Dismantle damaged areas to identify hidden damages
- Read and understand repair estimates
- Work with a variety of metals, plastics, glass, and mechanical parts
- Follow standardized production processes
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Experience as an Auto Body Technician
- Valid driver's license
- Own tools and safety footwear
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
